Shipping Policy

At Donna Maria, we are committed to delivering your beautiful handmade jewellery safely and promptly.

All pieces will be posted via Royal Mail, either

'Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2-3 working days)' at £2.49

'Royal Mail Tracked 24 (1-2 working days)' at £3.49 or

'Royal Mail Signed for (2nd Class) at £4.29

Return & Exchange Policy

All earrings are non-refundable due to possible usage.

Pendants and badges/pins are returnable up to 14 days should they be damaged or faulty in any way. If you wish a refund you must return the item to me in full (at your own cost) before payment can be reimbursed. After 14 days have lapsed items cannot be returned.

As instructed in the descriptions, items must be kept dry due to warping or damage to metal components, should this be the case a refund will not be available.

Please keep your crochet pieces flat when storing them in order to maintain their delicate shape.
